Our Process

While every family has a unique situation we use a consistent process to guide you through obtaining a loan and purchasing your home.

Step 1

Informational Event

We are frequently hosting informational events in our office location available to attend by reservation only. At this event you will be able to learn about the loan program we work with and determine if it is the right fit for you and your family. Please contact us to learn about an upcoming event.

Step 2

Documents and Estimate

After an initial agreement to work together we would process your household income to see the maximum loan amount for your area. Income is calculated from your current income and if you are self employed then it comes from your past two years of tax reports. Also in this stage we calculate any outstanding debts such as car loans, credit cards, or other income deductions.

Step 3

Paperwork Signing

This process requires a high amount of paperwork and agreements of verification of truth as we are working with the national government to obtain a loan. This stage would cover an in person meeting where all the paperwork would be explained before signing.

Step 4

Package Submission

After all documents are together and paperwork is signed, depending on your family circumstance there may be some additional documentation that is needed before submitting your file for review. The file needs to be in an exact order and at times could contain hundreds of pages that need to perfectly reviewed for details. We take care of the detail work and keep you informed in the process.

Step 5

Loan Certificate

Upon review of your documentation and any additional questions are answered from the reviewers your family will be granted with a certificate of eligibility. Then you will have 120 days to purchase a home to call your own.
